The majority of TopEnd handcycles use a total of 4 bearings. Two, 42x30x7 bearings on each side.
These spacers allow you to replace one bearing on each side using these 7mm wide spacers
Allows for smoother spinning of cranks
Saves approximately 50g (1/8th pound) of bearing weight
